Our Spring Hackday in Munich was a fantastic success, bringing together Silverstripe developers from across Europe for a day of collaboration, learning, and plenty of coding.

Held in association with FUNKE Medien, the event welcomed developers working on their own projects, community modules, and improvements to the Silverstripe ecosystem. Despite travel disruption affecting some attendees, we were delighted to see such a strong turnout and an incredible level of enthusiasm throughout the day.

The Hackday produced a wide range of new ideas, module improvements, and community contributions, including:

• Static generation of sitemap.xml for large sites

We were also pleased to have an honorary virtual participant joining us from New Zealand, contributing work on a Typesense search module (https://packagist.org/packages/elliotsawyer/silverstripe-typesense-search-page) and demonstrating the truly global nature of the Silverstripe community.
